Jim was amazing. We were in cottonwood from Phoenix and he took us from our RV park to downtown cottonwood and back. He was so responsive and we would 10/10 recommend him to anyone! We’ll be calling him again next time we’re in town😊

Unfortunately, Uber and Lift simply don't exist in Cottonwood. Thank goodness for Jim with J&M taxi for making sure we made it to the Verde Canyon Railroad ride on time! 10/10 would recommend to anyone visiting Cottonwood!

Jim is a super nice guy who cares about getting people where they need to go. You would think in a town with no Uber that taxis wouldn't have to focus on customer service. But Jim treats everyone like a VIP!!!

We called Jim to take us to old town Cottonwood and he was prompt and so nice we called him to take us back too. If you need a reliable guy to get you around Cottonwood then Jim is your guy.

He came and picked us up about an hour AFTER he had closed for the night, just because we were right around the corner. Didn't even let us tip because he said it was such an easy drive. Saved from the cold and dark.
