Ran into a situation where we needed storage fast, renting at Budhet Mini storage was so easy, I was able to get everything set up online and move in within an hour. Forrest was quick to reach out once we confirmed our unit and available for all questions and made the whole process seamless. I've been renting storage from Budget a few years. When I moved my things in, I was able to rent a U-haul from them. I cannot say enough wonderful things with my experiences with Forrest. I feel he always goes above and beyond. If I have questions, he helps trouble shoot ideas. Chino Valley, AZ storage is always kept neat and tidy. It always has made me feel safe being there.

Mr. Ellis was friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He helped get me into a couple storage units that are easy to access and he was very patient during the 3 hour window we disrupted normal business while unloading the moving van.

Budget mini storage is great! Forest, helped me set up automatic payments before I even brought my first load to put in storage. He's been very friendly and helpful. I think it's the best storage unit rental I've ever experienced.

Forest is the reason why I'm renting my storage unit and r v space at Storage Experts. I explored two other storage businesses in chino valley and was not impressed with their customer service.
He has a great personality and is a expert on customer service in fulfilling my needs for storage. Storage experts is lucky to have him as a manager.
