The entrance is confusión right now cz they are under constructión.
However pretty easy to acces the facility, a black, handsome, tiny shorts guy is receibing you and also another handsome red guy is processing your documents. Get your ID ready, sign up and set to go (comienza el juego) 😄😁
The place is huge, Werner and Sweft trailers by all over.
The staff is sweet and nice, her voices are calm 😊
Quite and sunny facility, I can't imagine this place at afternoon, must be a burning hell🔥☄️🏜
Park in the door they assigned and leave the paperwords in the back.
They really soft, treat the trailer with love and care 😘
Advertisements by all over, clean and inclusive restrooms (Like the stores🫰)
Our appoinment was at 8:00am, they done the job really fast.
We leaving at 11:00, not bad!

It's nice having the ability to pick up an appliance the same day, especially after having one go out. The pick-up process feels a little weird as you talk to what is essentially a video doorbell. They verify your order and have you back up to a bay door. The staff is very nice and gets you your order quickly.

This is the best place for drivers to sleep for waiting, loading, or unloading, no restroom, no office, unloading more than 5h sometime long than it, so when you come here just enjoy for yourself because you have a lot time for do anything but not for eat, because them don't have any restroom for driver

If i can give them 1,000 NEGATIVE stars I would!!! I got a load for my driver on Friday. They told me that he had an appointment on Saturday at 9am to drop the trailer for 24 hrs. I asked the broker if he was 100% sure because driver needed to be back to Los Angeles by the afternoon because he was catching a flight that night and he said 100% that his customer assured him the trailer would be ready by Sunday Morning and if we were lucky he would get it the same day by 9pm. Today is Monday almost 7pm and still nothing has been done. No one gives us an answer as of when he will be getting his trailer back. Last time driver checked at the guard shack he was told his trailer had not even been moved. Most likely they would start to work on it till tomorrow (Tuesday) Best Buy does not even have a phone number to call at the DC for receiving so its hard to get a hold of anyone there. If you don't want to be stuck there for over 72 hrs AVOID taking a load to deliver at Best Buy.
