I love this site since it's open with 24 hour access. It's in a great location near the freeway. But best of all the managers of the site are most amazing, competent and personable! They get back to your right away and their office number doesn't go to a call center! I highly recommend this particular site since they are also into helping the community donating to Thrive and Solid Rock Teen Center, and many more. I wish they got medical benefits and retirement because that how we give back to the backbone of our society. I recommend U-Stor whole-heartedly!

This is a really nice storage unit facility and the managers Sonya and Tom are very nice & professional. They do a great job making you feel comfortable and welcome and they keep the place spotless. I really like this storage facility because it’s clean, has secure & easy access, and it has good isle lights if you need to go at night. It feels very safe and it’s extremely convenient with its location close to the 51 and Greenway. They even organize community yard sales for their clients once a year. I highly recommend this Storage facility. 5 stars for sure!

Sanya and Tom are awesome! The property is always clean. I'm elderly and when I'm there they make sure to check on me incase in get hurt. They try to introduce me to new tenants so I know who is around and feel safe. This is the best place for storage!

I was beyond blessed to find this U-Stor facility at a time when every other palace was sold out and rates for any units left were ridiculous. Sonya made sure to save 2 units that were set to be available the next day and called when each was ready. She and Tom are AMAZING and treat those renting as family. They do everything possible to help me avoid late fees and lock-outs. They are not just personable, but truly interested in how they can best serve you, and they hold community building events like their facility-wide community "garage" sale for those interested, and collections for those in the community on need. I've been with them for about 3 years and would recommend no one else, BUT to top it off, I was getting hot organizing my unit and up drives Tom with a nice cold water for me to assure no over-heating. That's just one example of how they always go above and beyond! Thanks guys!

In this time I have worked with several people who have managed U-Stor Greenway. All have been very professional and great to work with. Sonya and Tom are awesome and are at the top of their game! Always helpful and upbeat. Yea!

I must say these people are great. They manage the U Stor Self Storage on Greenway. They are always giving back to the community. Having a children's school supply fundraiser. Picking up trash with the neighborhood. Hosting a no cost sell on site event. Now a diaper drive. Good people. Good neighbors. Always giving back. Truly leading by example. I am not currently in need of storage. However this would be my first choice. Thank you The Community is what we make it.

The people at the office are so nice and sweet it was so refreshing to meet people like them . Specifically Sonya and Tom are real friendly and helpful . Very easy to get started and set up for a unit and everyone gets an organized folder with all the info you’d ever need to know about the grounds , your unit etc . Wish I knew about this place sooner the grounds are very secure
