Gina was a tremendous help! She answered all our questions and was extremely pleasant. Happy Valley Self Storage is maintained impeccably! All areas are clean and easy to navigate. It smells clean and fresh. We were also very impressed with the security of the facility -- multiple cameras, secure entrance and exit. What a fabulous service!

Unfortunately, I have to edit my review. DO NOT RENT HERE! My daughter and I rented our units the same exact day; literally went in together and signed our leases at the same time. We have the same size unit, same floor. There was a rental increase about 4 months into my lease, so my daughter and I were talking about it and we realized I was paying $45 more a month. I called the property to discuss and they told me that I reserved online and my daughter reserved in person and that is why the price was different. I asked that my rate be lowered and I was told they are not able to make this type of discission at the property level and would have to speak to someone at the corporate level. I patiently waited 3 weeks for a reply and was told today that prices change all the time, so they will not honor the price my daughter was given even though it was the same day; in fact I was told that the same unit today is renting for $179/month. It is too bad that this company does not give Gina an Greg the authority to make their customers happy at the property level. Evidently, their is one person that works on customer service issues from "dusk to dawn" and takes some time to respond to Gina and Greg with customer concerns. Gina and Greg are great, shame on the one that works "dusk to dawn".

Met with Gina and Greg the property managers, super helpful, answered all my questions and shared their current rental specials. I did all the paperwork right them,they got me gate codes, and I started moving my belongings in the very next day. The property is clean and well laid out, easy to access my unit, thanks Gina, sincerely Vince S.

Rented a storage space from here and it was easy as can be, even got second month half off. Place has easy access, it’s clean and well lit. Perfect place for my storage needs. Definitely recommend.

I rented a storage unit at Happy Valley Storage for just over a year. I found a great deal online and didn’t receive a rate increase until the 12 month mark - the amount was minimal. I probably could have negotiated the rate but I was in the process of moving my boxes out of state.

The facility is locked with many cameras. You need a code to get in the gate and into the facility or an alarm sounds. I found the facility to be very clean and the temperature was always reasonable, never too hot. There were two carts just inside the sliding door that could be used to move items. The staff was always helpful, professional and pleasant.

The storage facility is in a great location in Peoria, close to Vistancia, and very close to the 303. I never had any issue or concern with the safety/security of my items. I found this storage center to be better maintained than other ones that I’ve used. I don’t give five stars lightly.

Must be for retired people. Will not let you access your own things on holidays, evenings or Sundays. If you’re a working class person the only time to access your things is Saturday 9-6 as they are closed Sunday and no access after 6pm Lol, what kind of business… Your belongings are subject to their availability. The most ridiculous thing I have ever seen. You must take time off of work to gain access in the middle of the week before a holiday, or you really only get Saturday. If I cannot access my belongings what’s the point!!! I’ll be taking my things elsewhere, so many other options with reasonable access times.

This storage facility is worth it. Friendly service and I was super happy to see the carts available to help move your stuff in or out. Saved me a ton of time and work!! Its rare to find a business so well run these days!!
