*COME EARLY IF YOU CAN! BUT 1 HOUR BEFORE APPOINTMENT* GREAT EXPERIENCE!

Got there at 05:09am and I was the 2nd truck in line to checking-in. Appointment 06:00am for live unload (empty stacked pallets/toilet paper). Security gave me a buzzer, I was getting positioned to back up in the staging area and the buzzer goes off to dock door 65 right away.

Other drivers going to their dock doors or pulling out so gets a bid crowded for about 5-8 minutes to get to your dock door but was empty and leaving the yard at 06:09am.

And literally a whole line of truckers all the way down the street to the intersection around 06:15am.

I had an 0500 appointment. I checked in @ 0410 and was assigned a door before I got backed in at the staging area. I got to the dock and unloaded and was leaving the guard shack @ 0455. Great job Costco

Took them 3 hours to get me a door and 3 hours to get me unloaded. No restrooms, just dirty Port a potties sitting in from on the doors. Plenty of room to move around. No overnight parking and just come 30 min before your appointment...

Reciveing opens at 3am. They will turn you around if arrive before 3am and let you check in 2 hours before appointment time. Quick unloading, lots room to manoeuvre. No overnight parking. Loves truck stop near by is always full. The street gets filled up early evening. Save your HOS and Come at least 1 hour before appointment but no more then 2 hours.

When you arrived at you Appointment At COSTCO TOLLESON AZ
at the arrival gate they’ll give you Buzzer then you’ll go to staging area and wait till Buzzer ring and a your Dock Number will appear after finish unloading in the way back to gate the Gard will give you a sticker in which you’ve been Received.
It easy and fast from your appointment Time till unloading all process will take about 2 hrs.

Checked in @ 0500 for a 0700 delivery. Guard shack gave me door right then. Full trailer unloaded and pod in hand, out of gate by 0600. THE best receiver ive been to. Lots of space for backing also

Easy in and out - check-ins is at the guard shack on the way in - they’ll give you a beeper 📟. Park by waiting area across from guard shack and wait for your beeper to go off/vibrate - it’ll let you know dock number for you to dock at. Follow signs to the back - Break seal, open doors and dock. Once you see green you are good to go - stop by guard shack for paperwork and ✌🏽🤙🏽. Porta-John by the docking area.

Arrived at my appointment time scheduled for a 5am delivery. Received a door right away and was unloaded right away really quick. The process was really smooth. Basically you come check in at the guard shack. They will provide you with a door and a pager. When you get to your door you crack your seal, open your doors, place your paperwork in the back of your trailer, and dock at the door. When they finish unloading you, they will give you a green light on the door and page you. When that happens you are good to go. They will leave your paperwork in the back of your trailer. Just take that to the guard shack with your trailer doors open and that's it. Kudos Costco! 👍
