First thing when you get there, park in the staging area, walk up, and check into the guard shack. You can check in 2 hours earlier than your appointment. They will call you with a door. dock 31 - 39 is in between the two big buildings go thru the gate then turn right in between the two buildings open your doors and back into your door they come out to get your paperwork, then when you're done they will bring it out to you again signed. I'm telling you all this because they did not tell me anything. Hopefully, this will help you. God bless, stay safe, and well, drivers.

Great experience. Had two drops, 12:30 and 14:00 appointments. Was told they would be in two separate docks. Arrived at 08:45, docked at 10:00, done with both drops from the same dock at 10:25. Very nice, quick, and efficient. Park in staging area and walk bills to guard house for check-in. Overnight parking is available in the staging area.

Delivered meat here. 7am appointment, got a door on time and unloaded quickly. Easy process and friendly enough staff. Restroom available at check in guard shack

Please read other post as to where to go and what to do. Because they allow people that are delivering and people that finish delivering to stay in the staging area, it gets overwhelming and can't park

My experience being here the first time is over 7 hours from my appointment time and still waiting on paperwork. Plus 600 dollars in unloading fees.

Had a 1400 delivery checked in at 1130 got a door about 1330 out with bills by 1545. Friendly staff plenty of room to back into doors trailer check on the way out. No vending machines portable toilets available

Easy route frome I10.. staging area big lots of room to park..Park your truck walk bills up to guard shack to check in.. wait for them to call you....
