This Amazon is racist....the employee there do not like workin wit yu if yu black ...I'm hard of hearing close to deaf being ...the staff there don't wanna have to deal wit my hearing ..pull out there fone to type what to say ...Yu can hear their sigh ....face expression nd all ...I'm the fastest workers there along wit my wife ...I got fired bc my time sheet was low ...they wouldn't even open my case ..but they open my wife case who Hispanic.. I fill appeal so many times it's like they don't care or the website they don't work

I come here for delivery and pick up pretty simple in and out. Good customer service by ROC. Everything’s pretty much done by automated other than that pretty easy.

My first time as an Amazon customer and my last. I ordered two cameras. Never arrived even after clearly mentioned where to leave the items. Days passed. Until I contacted and they said they will give my refund. They kept mentioning and transferring me to different people or departments including customer service. I found out that Amazon and the seller kept my money. Amazon said they are suggesting they will not give my money back ever. Yes, I said vocabulary words but not foul or vulgar language. Fraud and giving money to random people even influencers who didn't work hard for money. Very silly of them, "we earned it". Yeah sitting on it like it is not a real contribution or job but you will eventually you are going to spend it. Amazon exploited some innocent employees and customers. Read the reviews. Be careful with Amazon. Never recommend.

The last 4 deliveries that were routed through Glendale were either lost (how is that even possible) or 2-3 days late. It's so sad we have made a game out of it. The current order in flight is no acception, 2 days delayed (so far) after being routed through Glendale. Disappointing to say the least...

Today 12-30-22 exactly at 4:58pm I made it to Gurd Shack. This lady was in front of monitor acting so bossy , rude and disrespectful. Dear Amezon please tell your staff we as truck drivers are human beings and admire politeness. Please tell your staff to not look down at truck drivers. Even if we make mistakes it will be more appreciated to remind us in respectful ways.

Super busy at all times trucks can be lined up to the street. Has a separate entrance for each side of the building making you wait in line twice. huge amount of traffic and chaos so be on your toes here or you will get trucks racing to get around you while backing in .

I like this company, I just been there for 3 weeks so far, and I love it 😀 they have really flex schedules, which that works for me because I have to take my kids to school, so that works perfect!!👍
