I drove past two post offices to come here. This is a small, women owned business. They are good, patient and reasonable people. Kelly was amazingly kind and patient with me, I am a spaz and don't know what I want. I brought in an heirloom from my late mother I wanted to send to my sister but got worried about the risk of heat and damage. I decided not to send it, but Kelley GAVE me extra padding and protection for free so my heirloom would just stay safer until I decided to send. What a gem! Seriously what good people and reasonable prices for shipping

This place was great under the previous owners, I was a loyal customer of theirs for many years and they did business with me as well. I'll avoid going into detail of my recent experience, but it was absolutely terrible and as a result I will never return. The "new owner Kelly" didn't return my call as she had committed to do. I called back the following day and she was beyond nasty to me over the phone with zero provocation or reason including foul language and pure disrespect, none of which did I initiate or reciprocate. I am always very supportive of locally owned small business whenever possible, but these people are rude and nasty and likely won't stay in business long if this is how they treat their customers. BEWARE

Amazing customer service. The gal who helped us went above and beyond. We had already left the store and paid to have items shipped to my son in New York. I received a phone call later that day asking for permission to repackage the items I had already pre-packed into one box to save me money and that she would process a refund to the card on file. Thank you so much! Made my day.

Kelly is awesome and gives superb customer service. She helped me find the best way to ship
a parcel to Canada and also one to Tucson. I would gladly drive twice as far and pay double just for the good experience with someone who cares about their customers and their needs. Keep up the great work.

Wow. Just Wow.
I was clueless and trying to ship a small care package to a friend in South Africa. After driving to 3 other locations, I walked in the door of this location and met kindness and hope. One of the owners (I feel horrible I forgot her name!) went waaaay out of her way to help me. She was patient as she typed out a huge amount of information for customs, walked me through pricing, and in the end made the impossible possible for me.
Even better, as people walked in she treated them like family that she’s known forever. This is truly a neighborhood shop that serves our community well!
And for the record, my package made it from AZ to South Africa in 6 days fully intact.
