I never received my order in time for my wife’s birthday. The tracking number just started that a label has been generated but no other information. 1 week later I have no idea when the item is due to arrive? 3 stars is because previous orders have arrived promptly, but this time was a big disappointment.

These folks have the best customer service. Pressed submit and forgot to add and item? Or noticed the quantity needs correcting? Just call. They will find it. Damaged in Shipment? They will make it right.

You can hear their smile on the phone. Get shipped detail asap. Notified immediately when something is back in stock.

Been doing business with them for years and they have NEVER let me know. Great group of folks to work it.

I've had the worst experience with this company. Yes, they do have a nice selection, but 18 days after placing my order, I have yet to receive it. I reached out to them stating that I know that the USPS is beyond their control, but maybe they could push from their end. They did refund my shipping and said they would contact the USPS, but they didn't. How do I know? Because I did, and I'm the only record of having created a case for the tracking number. Their attitude is that they've shipped it; i's no longer their problem. Other companies have bent over backwards to make things right when less has occurred, but this company doesn't appear to care very much.

Love this place, I used to order when I lived in Utah. Now that I’m local I really love that it in my area. The customer service is the best! The folks at the pick up desk are super friendly and welcoming. Would love to have a frequent buyer program, I would definitely qualify!!

Extensive inventory and super easy to place orders and I live locally so my fiance was able to go in and pick up the order. I would have done it my self but can't make it there before closing. So, because they let another person pick up, it made it easy. Thanks

They went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I got what I needed, at the best price and quickly! I kind of wish I lived closer, so I could just pick up in person but then I realize how dangerous that could be with my utter lack of self control. Love this place!
