I live here the management isn't the best and maintenance workers over the years are alright but they need to hire more than one or two of them to keep up with it all the community is better than most parks and it's not a trashy place

Very nice mobile home park the mobile homes are reasonably priced for rent and also for lot rent it's in a very good beautiful area that has a good view maintenance on hands and the managers of the park are very friendly and very on top of everything

Their people broke out my car window and the owner will not Pay for it. Blames it on self contractor's. But expects rent on time contractor is not taking responsibility either.

Manager is very rude. He's not very friendly! Seems to be miserable with his job, smelled like alcohol when I spoke to him, won't be renting from there!!

Called to enquire about buying a mobile home and didn't realize it was after hrs.he was very rude. Why answer the phone if its after hrs then get mad lol.

There are no outside activities for children, some of the homes are not in good condition and the lot rent does NOT include anything but the lot rent.
