Great experience so far! I love that its gated! It was a very easy process to set up, the lady I talked to was so nice and explained everything as to how it all worked. Our first unit had a bad door where it wouldn't stay up, but I called them and they immediately switched me to a new unit. Customer service is exceptional! Got moved to the new unit and everything has been smooth, they even got a security camera set up where I dont have to be as nervous being out there. Manager even reached out personally and asked if we got moved okay and if we needed anything. Little things like all these matter so much! Would definitely recommend Andalusia Self Storage to anyone needing a unit!
