Extremely clean facility and convenient ample parking. Stacy made us feel right at home. Having moved here from California without a permanent place to live, Stacy made us feel like part of the family. During the holiday she even sets up a FREE gift wrap station with coffee, hot chocolate and apple cider.

I've had a storage unit with Strongbox Storage, since they opened several years ago. I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and responsive. It is clean, safe, and even the outdoor areas were well-maintained.

Stacy at Strongbox is the best in the business! We needed a couple of units in the area to store office equipment, and she helped us get everything we needed ASAP! She helped accommodate all of our stringent business requirements. She also was great at getting us moved out and was patient with us coordinating with another entity that was emptying our units. If you need a unit in the area, this is the place to go!

Amazing customer service! Stacey and her staff are the absolutely best. Any questions I had, She gave me an immediate answer to. She recognized me by name, stayed late at the facility with me until I was all moved in (I had an all day move), and she made sure my experience was as pleasant as possible. There are many storage units in the area, but I will choose and recommend Strongbox again and again. It’s without a doubt the cleanest, nicest, most convenient, and most secure facility I’ve ever seen. The facility is climate controlled, has 24/7 security monitoring, it has a variety of sized units for anything you could need, and with keycode access, you have 24/7 access to all your stuff. Point blank, they are the best! Go with strongbox, you won’t be disappointed!

Strongbox Storage and Stacey have been amazing to work with since day one. I moved from out-of-state and had a weird transitional timing before my apartment was ready. Stacey was very accommodating and made great suggestions on the size of units I would need. The facility is well maintained, and I’ve always felt safe going by myself.
