I️ have several units there and have been with them for years. This place is very well maintained. Plenty of security cameras and lighting. The manager there “Susan” has been there for a long time and is by far the best manager they have ever had. She is very knowledgeable, honest and always helpful.

I love this place! When I had to pick up and move, all my items had to go into storage. The lady who works there was so helpful. She listened to what I needed, and showed me a couple of units that would fit my needs, she was upfront with the costs of each. She also offered me a discount for 3 months! She's very understanding if you're late on your rent, (I was late once, late fee is $20?) You have the option to pay over the phone, however I like to go in and say hi. My kids like to say hi to her as well. They have lots of unit sizes to choose from, and once you're all set up, you set up your own personal gate pin so you can get in at any time. The storage unit area is spacious, but not so big that you get lost. It's easy to maneuver throughout and not feel like you're going to get your car stuck. They also offer lock cutting, and a variety of locks, insurance for your units, packing stuff to make life just a little easier. Overall, it's a great place. Will definitely use again if need be.

I stopped by greystone storage after work to inquire about renting a storage unit. I spoke with Mrs. Susan Hood at the rental office. She was so polite, professional, and very helpful in explaining the different units that were available. I have recommended greystone storage to my friends and family. I received the best service possible while i was there.

I’d give no stars if I could. Susan is an argumentative aggressive manager. We asked for access to the dumpster when we signed up, she said no problem, but when you go, it’s always full. Then they try to fine you for putting trash outside of it. It’s a scam! Don’t rent from here!!!!
