RARE TRANSPORTATION IS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!! I booked Rare Transportation for my daughter’s wedding on April 12,2025, and was so impressed that Bob, who is the excellent manager, answered the phone himself on the 2nd ring!!! (so refreshing to have not gotten a machine, but the actual person to help me immediately know exactly what lovely motorcoach would be perfect to transport the entire wedding party from The Fennec to Reid Chapel and then back again to The Fennec! )The process was so easy and he was so kind and professional! I also had the pleasure of working with Brad, who was also excellent, in helping me facilitate a payment when my online knowledge was limited! (Haha!) The motorcoach was BEAUTIFUL and IMMACULATELY CLEAN and, so important, was the WONDERFUL, KIND, EXCELLENT, PROFESSIONAL DRIVER, WENDY!!! This lovely lady made sure to reach out to me days in advance of my daughter’s wedding to introduce herself and to assure me that she, along with the motorcoach, would arrive at least 15 plus minutes before I had requested and truly offered to help and assist in anyway!!! The entire wedding party, including me, mother of the bride, was able to be transported in comfort, cleanliness, beauty, style, and kindness!!! (So wonderful was that all cars were able to remain parked and secure at the Fennec as parking is limited!) We were all able to be brought back to the Fennec ready to celebrate the Bride and Groom, totally bypassing the hassle of trying to park cars downtown!!! BEAUTIFUL THING!!! On such a busy wedding weekend it was wonderful to know all the transportation was taken care of. Every shuttle was waiting on us when ready to go. Each driver was exceptional and beyond friendly. Rare Transportation was amazing. They transported everyone to our wedding venue in a timely manner. John, our driver was phenomenal. He stayed in contact with the wedding planner up till 10 and then me all through tonight until our last group of people got back to our hotel. Wonderful experience.
