*** DO NOT RUN LOADS WITH THESE PEOPLE YOU WILL NOT GET PAID*** We have an invoice with DK that is at 78 days and they are stonewalling us. We are out $1500 and Hannah King, their "Admin & Marketing Manager" per her email title, has made numerous excuses, been nasty or unresponsive. Don't waste your time with them., they are crooks.

Our company has worked with DK Logistics for over a year now, we have had great paying loads - actually the best than any other broker, all communication with DK has been quick and trust-worthy, and honestly DK has helped out Third Coast several times due to this up and down industry, by far the best experience when it comes to a broker. DK Logistics booked a load with our company which was delivered in a timely manner. They were paid by the customer and are unwilling to pay us the carrier. Factoring companies will not work with them because they have bad credit due to non payment to carriers.

PLEASE STAY AWAY! This company does not pay. We have reached out for months now and were told that they would pay invoice NET30 from when they received invoice. We have waited and not got response and when you call to speak to accounting you are told that they can not receive calls that they only respond to email.

****Be Careful do not put your self in our position*****This company has a pending invoice with our company with over 45 days past due. The problems is that they do not answer phone calls or reply to emails. I believe this is fraud. I will be filling on the bond.

Took a load to California for this company. I was worried I would get stuck out there with no freight back but Chasity got me back haul from the same place I delivered to. Easy folks to work with. -Bill

Haven’t payed there invoice. Extremely hard / impossible get ahold of. We’re pasted 30 days and have heard nothing back forced to file on there bond
