I am an Australian living in LA & I have to say Jess is a breath of fresh air. She is so kind & really does care about her residents. It's not just a job to her. Always willing to help others & ensure her residents are happy. Also very approachable, you never feel like you are a bother.

Just like all households, things won't be perfect, a dryer might stop working or you need some maintenance done, usually I would stress out but knowing Jess is the manager I am at ease. I know by the time I get home from work she has communicated what exactly is happening & my issues are solved quickly often that day.

She has built such a rapport with everyone & knows all our names & lives which is impressive for a building with this many apartments, this just shows how genuine she is which is why I have renewed my lease twice now.

I’ve been living at C1 by CLG for two years now. The building itself is in a convenient location, has solid amenities, and clean units. But what truly makes this building stand out is Jess, the building manager. She is an absolute gem and has gone above and beyond for me in countless ways. At first, I thought I was special; but later I found out that’s just the way she treats everyone in the building. Jess is always approachable, professional, and incredibly responsive (she is on-site everyday). Whether it’s a maintenance issue, a question about the building, or just a small request, she always takes care of it right away. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to ensuring everything runs smoothly, and she does it with such a positive attitude!

Sharing this review for Jess in the leasing office. She deserves 6/5 stars. My move in process was seamless and for me moving across the country, this was greatly appreciated. Jess was friendly, caring and helpful. All of my request were heard and taken care of. I couldn’t have ask for a better experience with a leasing agent. Thank you a million, Jess!

Jess you are great and always go above and beyond, genuinely someone who puts their everything into their job! Not only is she professional, but also genuinely warm and approachable which creates a seamless experience for residents. First off, Jessica is amazing. She was incredibly accommodating of my situation and would respond within a minute to any inquiries I had and is a large part of why I chose to rent at C1. Her customer service skills are the best I've seen; she deserves to be recognized for the value she brings to C1.

The building is clean, well maintained and a great place to stay with utilities and other essentials included in the rent. Wifi is fast at 200 mb/s upload and download so for gamers and WFH people, its great. Noise has also never been an issue.

This is also the only building that accepted my foreign credit history which was amazing.

The only problems that stood out to me were the side entrance gates in the alleyways being hard to open.

It would also be very nice if the building would add a squat rack barbells, and weight plates. Lastly, refilling the wet wipes in the gym would be great.

Overall, Jessica's management and customer service skills alone make this place worth your money.

We toured this building yesterday. Lydia who showed us around was very difficult to reach by phone and email, when we got her on the phone she was very rude. In addition, she showed up 20 mins late to the appointment, no apologies offered, asked inappropriate questions, she was on her phone the entire time while giving us a tour, not welcoming or helpful at all when we had questions about the property. She did not even know the price of the unit she was showing (or didn’t care to tell us). The building should consider replacing the leasing staff.

Amazing location with incredible on-site management! Jess F. is the BEST—she’s always responsive, super helpful, and keeps the building looking fantastic. Living here has been an awesome experience. Highly recommend!
