Horrible, they say they tried to call me to deliver my bag from the airport. They said I didn’t answer and my voicemail was not set up. So they may have accidentally called the wrong number, but when they said my voicemail was not set up I called them on it because my voicemail works just fine. I even had someone else call my number and they left a voicemail. The owner called me and said they had a call log showing the calls I asked for them to email the long but she didn’t respond to that. Hopefully my bag get delivered tonight! If I have your choice of delivery companies don’t use this one!

Very impressed with Two Shakes. With Verizon out of service, they still connected with me and got me my bag promptly with friendly delivery. Hope airlines never misdirect my bag again but if they do, I hope they use Two Shakes…
