I would first like to say that Sierra that works in the office at Penngrove Mini Storage is lovely. Whoever owns the business is not. I rented two storage units from them for 2 years. In that time neither of my units had a working light bulb in them despite the fact that I asked to have them replaced multiple times. They kept on increasing my rent nevertheless. Also, some sort of insect from the oak trees above the units burrowed into my units and I am still trying to get them out of the clothes and beds I had stored there. I also mentioned this to them and even did a walk through to show them and they never followed up. I was late on my last payment and begged them to cut me a break as I had always been a good tenant and to please give me a week to pay them before they auctioned off my unit. I was waiting on a work check that had gotten lost in the mail which I had explained to them. They didn’t care, they auctioned it off anyway. I do not recommend this place at all and I am heartbroken that my belongings now belong to someone else. Family heirlooms and photos of my deceased father are most likely in the trash and they could care less.

Always a good sign when you don’t have anything to say because it went so smoothly and effortlessly. We were using this storage in Penn Grove over two years. Auto billing. It was secure. Answered any questions quickly.
