I've been at Rock Creek for over 2 years, they have the best prices in town, I feel very secure in keeping my belongings there, love how large the isles are and the young lady that runs the place, Megan, is an absolute doll! So many times she's seen me either before or after office hours when nature called and she didn't even hesitate to open the whole place up for me. I've have so many interactions with her while she's outside tidying up and that girl is so funny and just seems like a genuinely happy person. I wish all my interactions with the public was so joyful and easy!

I've been working with the resident manager Megan Walker and she is a sweetheart! She had a unit the size I needed and I had to wait a few days as the last renter didn't move all their stuff out. She called me and said it was ready so I hurried up there from Sacramento. She said she could stay late if I needed but I made it before closing. We sat down to do the paperwork and I realized I had forgotten my wallet in the rush to get over there and she said it was no problem I could just pay online! My need for a storage is alittle unique and I only had a few items to store today but she even loaned me a lock for a few days so I could have time to get my own. She was just so fantastic and easy to work with and had a solution to any problem I encountered. Definitely a top notch employeee that knows still knows what customer service is supposed to be as it is getting pretty hard to come by these days. Call them up, their prices were much cheaper than several others in the area. Thanks Megan!

I think the best part of this storage unit is the person who runs it Megan, she's a hard-working young mom who will stop and help you anytime you need it. She is professional as well as kind and helpful. I have had my things in several storage units and have not appreciated the management as much as I have here.

Rock Creek Self Storage is a lovely facility. Meghan, the manager, is so professional, helpful, and friendly. It’s a very large facility and Meghan can do it all!! Their prices are about the best in town. I’ve recommended them to several of my friends. They have a great variety of sizes to choose from, plus parking, and it’s always very very clean. I feel very safe renting there.❤️

Over the last decade, I've used several self-storage facilities for my nomadic ways and Rock Creek Self Storage has been, hands down, the best. I needed to store my belongings for about 6 months while I stayed with family and prepared to move to Portland, OR. They are an extremely friendly and accommodating business with clean and highly secure storage units. The rental price was very reasonable, and included a discount for the initial months.
