I wish I could do 0 stars on this. This place is horrible and is unsafe. My Daddy’s trailer was broken into and his generator was stolen because the did not have gates and no one guarding the place to make sure the trailer was safe. We are now thinking of changing and hopefully we will never ever see this place again.

I'm customer in GK storage for 10 years. I'm so disappointed. Since the office moved to another building, everything became worse. AC is not working properly (not climate control anymore, first floor as well), dirty hallways, outside seems not maintained at all, and a lot of roaches. I found roaches even in the unit. Although I have only office stuff in the unit, it's still unexeptable. Looks like the facility is getting old, and nobody cares. I never thought to move out before, but now I'm going to consider another facility, I guess. Very sad, GK was my favorite and only one storage (before).

I have had both storage and mail at Goldkey for about 2 years and love it! The staff is great, the facility is clean and well kept. Amber W. is new in the office. Hiring staff myself I can can you it is rare to find a diamond like her. She is very friendly, helpful and goes out of her way to make things easy for me which I really appreciate. If you are looking for storage or mail rest assured your things are safe and in good hands with Amber.

Clean, well-managed facility. Took me a while to figure out which office to go to, but once at the right place, renting the unit was easy. Unit latch needed to be replaced, so had to wait a couple days to lock it up. Move-in over the weekend was great - especially like the carports near the doors. Really appreciate the expanded access hours - 1000% better than the big orange facility I moved from.

I have been a client with Gold Key Storage - El Dorado Hills for over 4 1/2 years. There have been numerous customer service reps during this time. Amber is far and above superior to all the rest. I had an issue with my door on my unit since I rented it. I was promised from day one (and a minimum 4 times a year) that it would be fixed. As soon as Amber found out about my problem, she had it fixed in less than a week. This is just one example of the fine employee Amber is. I was thinking of leaving Gold Key but Amber did a wonderful job explaining to me why I need to stay with GK. I would consider leaving if Amber ever leaves. She is an asset for Gold Key.
