This Place should get an award of Excellence! Not only for amazing service but also amazing design, layout and security! My partner and I have had alot of storages in our time but nothing compares to this place- "Lincoln Ranch Self Storage"!
Is a "stand out"- among others. We were very impressed. Mainly, what stood out to us was how friendly and accommodating Mrs Lori and her husband Stephen were. We called ahead and reserved a giant indoor storage unit- one of the biggest ones they had, 14 x 50! and when we showed up an hour later with our monster trailer, they were there ready for us! They are extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond for us. We are extremely pleased with this storage facility and will be getting more units in the near future. We feel very safe here and will highly recommend this place to friends and family.

I first spoke with Lori over the phone, and right away I could tell she was kind and thoughtful. She took the time to answer all my questions and made everything feel easy and straightforward. When I came in, she was just as friendly in person—warm, helpful, and genuinely caring. It’s not every day you come across someone who makes you feel so at ease. Lori is truly a gem, and she made my whole experience at the storage facility a great one.

Lori was absolutely fantastic—warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. We needed a reliable storage solution as we’re traveling back and forth from Georgia, and my mom highly recommended this facility. I’m so glad she did! The property is spotless, feels as secure as Fort Knox, and offers convenient access just off Highway 65. I feel completely confident that our belongings are safe and well-protected here. The owners are great. The facilities are super clean. Plenty of space and room for everyone to get around each other when others are there. It's the best storage facility I have seen. If you need storage, come here first. You'll love it

Lori & Stephen helped me get set up with a storage unit & have been sooo amazing. I called a few weeks before arriving to Lincoln & Lori helped me feel very comfortable & prepared. They were running a special & I was able to get a large unit for a really reasonable price for the first few months & not too bad there after. 10/10 recommend

Best place ever. Husband and wife are awesome and sweet. Very helpful. Friendly, clean, and cameras everywhere. I feel safe there and great deal. Also, they will work with you if you need after hours to move. Thank you guy for in amazing experience.
