What a joke. I’m beyond mad and frustrated. My husband had 2 large antique porcelain lamps packed. Thinking they were the experts and would know how to wrap them. He brought them home in a box that was much too small to hold the lamps. The middle of the box was bugling from the lamps not fitting correctly. I untapped the box. Which was easy to do because it wasn’t taped correctly. Looked at the “packing” of the lamps. My 8 year old grandson could have done better. The bubble wrap was loose. Parts of the lamp you could see and feel the lamp it’s self There was No protection on parts. They didn’t wrap the cord correctly. It could do damage to the lamps. If I had left them in the box the way the were packed and the box being too small they would have most certainly been damaged in the move. I had to pay for someone not to pack my lamps correctly or even decent for me to have to pack them myself. So I had to buy bubble wrap and a new box on top of being charged for a joke of an “expert packing”. Don’t trust them with anything important or expensive
I stand by my review. There is no way there was three layers of bubble wrap I could clearly see and touch the lamps If there was three I couldn’t have. The bubble wrap was loosed and turned The cord was laying against the lamp. Not covered or protecting the lamps. It was beyond a little bugle and the tape didn’t close the box.
Instead of justifying a bad job. Learn from it. I’m just glad it was so poorly wrapped on the outside that I opened it and saw how poorly it was wrapped on the inside. For that I’m grateful. Because I rewrapped them safely and correctly

They make my drop offs really easy and with the 600 orders I've sent through them, I haven't received a single complaint from a customer! I'd say that's pretty good so far and they're my go to destination for helping me reach my customers.

I love this place, seriously....
They make my life so much easier.
They are super friendly and helpful. Plus they have the best prices in town. And yes they do it all. Never long lines or any wait time like other shops.
Did I mention beside the best customer service they also have the best prices: Printed lable in clear plastic cover is just $1, down the street @ the other shops $4.75 with no plastic cover. Do I need to say more?!?!
Also a cute nice desk on the corner to sit down and do what you need to do.
Fresh water bowl and puppy treats by the door.

This place used to be an excellent option as a pick up for DHL packages, but for some reason without notice started implementing a 5$ pick up fee. Don't worry I won't be sending anything there. Thanks for your courtesy refusal.

Honestly, without Angel I would have spent double, if not triple, the amount of money to ship two board games to PA. She found a box that fit everything, packed it and shipped it all for a really fair price. Awesome place to go if you need awesome service for a reasonable price.

They are always helpful with great costumer service! There are also a wide selection of gifts and novelty items, mail n ship has everything you need. They do Ups, Fedex, DHL, and post office super convenient!
