I sent a 100 + yr old family heirloom vase thru A-1 Mail to Washington State! Tagel personally double packed the vase as if it were own….she also had me generously insure it, as well. THANKFULLY, 3 days later my pkg arrived safely to its destination! Thank you very much for taking such personalized care of my priceless treasure!

I stopped at A-1 Mail to send out some packages. I wanted some to go UPS and others to go out US mail. A-1 Mail made it easy for me to do both with just one stop. The customer service was great and I was very happy with the way I was treated. This made my afternoon go smoothly and left me time to do other things. CVS was right next door so I had time to pick up some household items at the same time. Highly recommend

Beware of price-gouging for mobile livescan.

I used their mobile fingerprinting service in order to complete a livescan application for a public notary. Typically, rolling fees (the fee to roll your fingerprints) are about $25 and the government application fees are about $25. The total for livescan, then, is about $50.

Their office is located only a couple blocks from my office and the livescan operator (Tejal Munsif) charged me $220 to drive a couple blocks to me. I was never quoted a price and would never have agreed to such an unfair price.

My experience at normal USPS offices have been abysmal. The office works look like they're about to rot away from the very displeasure of speaking to me, and God forbid you ask a question. These people? I have never met such kind, compassionate, helpful workers who were literally rays of sunshine. Helped me ship an international package and took care of everything for me, with the patience of a Saint 💙 I cannot reccomend them enough!! Thank you to the shorter woman with an accent and the woman with black bangs at the counter!
