My case been going on since 2021 and it’s now 2025 and there is still no changes in my case. Two year after submitting my spouse left me because he said it doesn’t seems like I’m going to ever get through… During all this I was admitted in the mental hospital because of depression anxiety and stress. I don’t know what you guys are doing in office but it’s not fear for us to be waiting for 4 years and I’ve been married for 5 years this is crazy and stressful smh.

The worst service center I have never ever seen.
They are just enjoying their time, drinking coffee , and don’t care about America’s citizens
They don’t care about families at all
There is no words to say.
Please we are so tired of waiting. If there is any information missing or any documentation needed we ready to submit it .but please prossess the case . Please treat each other humanely, not selfishly.

USCIS is one of the worst and most corrupt government agencies out there. It should NOT take 16+months for a US Citizen just to be able to legally bring their spouse into The United States. Here is my story so far with them. I am a US Citizen living in Tijuana, Mexico and working in San Diego, CA because I married a Russian woman. I originally filed for a K1 Visa Petition in March of 2022 and USCIS did not approve this petition until May of 2023 so this was a long separation from the woman I love and I was very depressed during that time. USCIS sent her case to the embassy in Warsaw, Poland where Russians can't travel to and they kept giving me issues when I kept calling to get the case transfers so I legally got my Mexico residency and moved from Texas to Tijuana and my fiancée who is now my wife joined with me in Mexico. Since we got married we had to put in a new petition because you can't bring a spouse into the USA on a fiancée visa because the corrupt bureaucratic immigration laws don't allow for this so an I-130 was filed online in February of 2024, our I130 case has been on active review since March 8, 2024 and it is already December now, I also recently filed for another I129f petition for her to try to get a K3 Visa and USCIS sent that petition to the Potamac Service Center which has the worst processing times of 31.5 month. Also according to MyUSCIS our case estimated wait time shows 18 months when it once was showing 6 months, 5 months, 2 weeks even at one point before jumping back up to 8 months and now showing 18 months which I have screenshots of because I have been documenting all of this nonsense because USCIS is so dishonest with their estimated wait times especially when they are supposed to look at our case in a timely manner. This agency is corrupt and ineffective. How in the world does it cost $535 with price increases recently to $625 take 16+ months for someone in the government to just look at some ones application just to verify that a relationship is real? Then after this excessively long 16+ months you are supposed to wait even longer for the NVC and embassy phases. This is outrageous and a big rip off especially when the US has been wasting our hard earned tax dollars, Meanwhile in Mexico all my wife had to do was come to Mexico on a visitor electronic visa, we got married, then went to the INM office for her resident card because I had my resident card and this entire process did not take long in Mexico. No long wait times in Mexico, No crazy long forms with stupid things like 5 years of social media history in Mexico, No medical exam required in Mexico. But with The US Immigration system there is nothing but excessively long wait times and excessive bureaucracy. The people need to be speaking and need to start peacefully protesting this agency. If any news agencies want to reach out to me about this I would be happy to talk with you to share my story about this corrupt bureaucratically backlogged agency that still has not looked at my wife's I130 case and it is already December of 2024 now and 3 cases have already been filed with USCIS since March of 2022. I also have a YouTube channel with this account where I express my frustrations with USCIS with a phone call I made to USCIS where the automated system told me that if I keep asking for a live representative that they would have to disconnect the call which is on video. This is outrageous.

USCIS is one of the pillars of our country and its future. Rushing them will not benefit our country. We should support them so they can support us.

I liked this application. It gave me every notification about my EAD application. But the service delivery time is too slow. I waited to get my EAD card for 377 days and I have been fired from my job because I didn’t get my card on time. And I really appreciate them for their hard work on and recommend to everyone to use it. Thanks

What I would like to know is how it is in NY any side you turn is an immigrant not to mention by the home depots. The place is so congested, people who barely speak English have the luxury of benefiting from tax payers. When US citizens who pay their taxes and can actually afford to take care for their family have to wait so long and is a tedious process. How did that happen How is that fair Mind you I have filed for my son for a greencard when he was a minor. Due to circumstances he did not get it. Now I have filed 3 years ago he is over 21. Are you seriously telling me I have to wait 10 plus years He lives in a country with a high crime rate now it something happens to him who do I sue California Service Center Be real! As a US citizen and a tax payer this process could be done better!! Just ridiculous!! Then when you go to check the status they literally tell you do not contact them before a certain date. Frustrated is not even the word at this point. So much time wasted with your family and life is so precious. Acting like people got time on this Earth to wait so long. Is like they don't got families who work there. Why is it another service center is shorter than the other? How that happen? In this lifetime advantage can't done and will never done!

It’s so frustrating how slow this is for fiancé visas. It’s barely updated in January. How hard can it be to go through a decent amount of cases each day.
