Great interaction with staff today. Put a space on hold for 7 days. Only complaint is the dirt surface. Trailer gets filthy. No other issues. Stayed there for a year in the past.

The staff here is fantastic, as others have said. However, I have been in this facility for just over a year and my rate has climbed by almost 50% in that time. In addition, when we went to pick up our coach this past weekend after a couple of weeks at the lot(see pic below), it was filthy beyond belief because of the road issues in the facility. With what we are paying ($300+ for me), I shouldn't have to spend a lot of money every time I pick up my coach to get it clean enough to not look like it just came out of six months in the desert. This place is VERY convenient for us, but we are going to have to find another option with a fully paved storage area.

Do NOT store your vehicle, RV, bus or trailer at this facility! The dirt gets into everything and rodents etc. chew through critical wires. They are aware of this and do not care. If you are willing to pay thousands of dollars to repair your vehicle, then store it here but otherwise, RUN!

Facility is good but the reservation system online is odd. You enter a bunch of your data online and then have to provide the same info when you go to the office to check in the first time. Staff is friendly & competent. Strange that the online system doesn't interface with their billing system. A big waste of time for the staff and the customer.

Great experience. Staff was very good to work with. They were friendly, informative and highly attentive making me very comfortable. They took the time to take me to the spot they were proposing to ensure it would work for me. Great job! I would highly recommend this business

Positive: it feels relatively secure. Negatives: dirt covered lot -- so vehicles get completely covered in dust. They require insurance on vehicles there, or else they buy insurance for you and charge you extra; we have insurance so can get around it, but now are forced to upload the insurance docs 2x year. Extra, useless hassle!

There are MUCH better choices for a lot less $$ nearby. Avoid Great Park Storage. I have complete comprehensive insurance on my vehicle. They forced their insurance on me at $144 per year that automatically ended up on my bill. However, the reason I moved out is the front office manager isn't the person you want handling customer service. That 5 minute conversation had me convinced to drive to the adjacent city and pay 1/3rd the cost. That's right a 67% reduction. Also, after moving in for a few months they charged for their added insurance and raised the rent 13%. Buyer beware and their "could care less" attitude helped me make my choice.
