Well managed, especially considering the amount of neurotic weirdos who come and go throughout the day. Grateful for the opportunity this facility provides me. Managers are decent people it seems. Employees aren’t exactly the highest tw vpaid, so it’s not surprising that it isn’t 100% enthusiasm all the time. No such thing should be expected. Too many whiney sub par drivers writing whiney reviews.

There is an employee his name Timothy worked at Friday 14,2023 at 7:30 am his job is supposed to help the drivers And I had to mess it up with my route and the costumer service was with me on the phone just want to know whats going on so he can solve the problem Timothy get so angry And he makes expressions on his face that he's very angry just because I asked him to answer the customer service one question Knowing that he was never busy and there was no one else but me And he answers us with all rudeness and aggression, refusing to answer the questions of the customer service employee and interrupting him with the word “I don’t know” before he hears the question, and until we solve the issue, it took us 40 minutes to an hour, and I was late for the customers because Mr. Timothy wanted to relax After 40 minutes, Mr. Timothy decided to help us But I was late for the customers and affct my standing points

And this is exactly what happened, the driver is under terrible pressure, he wants to complete his task in the best way, but an employee like Timothy, because he wants to relax, makes the drivers bear mistakes for which they are not responsible.
And it was not happening for the first time amazon assistant in this store are overwhelmed unhappy to help
