Horrible management that allows female workers to do the easier jobs but get the same pay. They had some big guy that looked like he hadn’t showered or shaved in a year give out roles daily. He gives the girls easy stuff then smirks at the males when he stations them to harder stuff. Upper management sees this they don’t care. The last straw was thanksgiving. Showed up at 3:20 am like I’m supposed to after driving from a family event in Northern California. I arrive to see the building empty. They did not bother to tell us they would be closed so the entire crew was sitting wondering why they place was closed.

Absolutely horrible customer service. It’s crazy I can get a package from temu in China before I get one from Amazon 20 minutes up the street from me. This is because they refuse to use USPS and rely on their Flex drivers. I’ve called multiple times and still their drivers have not delivered packages. 2 day shipping turned into 2 weeks and having to return the item and request it be sent to an Amazon locker. I also called Amazon customer service and they can’t tell me where the problem is on their end, just that it sucks to be military and we shouldn’t order from them.

I’ve been using Amazon since it was just book … so disappointed.

I only have this problem with local flex drivers.

A lot of "not my job" going on around here. I found some packages along a street near my house (not near any houses and addresses a few miles away). I figured that I would return them to an Amazon site. They ended up closing their customer service/returns office here, but the few people I talked to gave me the option of looking up a return site on my own or delivering the packages for them. I'm sorry, but that's "not my job". Packages were left on the sidewalk, so hopefully someone there will make it their job to deliver them correctly.

I don't understand what happened to Amazon, his management has changed? The service is disgusting, the parcels are not new, but have already been used by someone, and my parcel was played football.

I followed all the instructions that Amazon provided about my options when returning. They instructed me to come to this facility and show them a QR code that they provided. I did not need to specially package my product return, nor have a shipping label. I walked to the man behind the desk. Gave him the product and he scanned my phone(QR code) and I was on my way. Super easy when returning an item before it’s return date expires. Now I just wait a few hours for my refund. Minutes after posting this review my refund money was credited into my Amazon account. Excellent service!

As a Amazon Driver, I got my block and drove from Norwalk but when I reached to this Amazon Station, It was closed and I wasted time, Gas and nothing paid . If you are Flex driver, you will be wasting your time and Gas for nothing. I DONT RECOMMEND

Great place Great bunch of young guys running the place. Was doing an Amazon flex run for them.i showed up late they couldn't help me anymore but they explained to me that after five minutes of being late the app won't let them go forward with my order. They were very friendly and very professional about it . They gave me a lot of info that I am using to my benefit almost everyday great job management team the two guys who assisted me and good job to the guy at the gate he stood there the whole time till all the answered to my questions were satisfied. The best part was they were all friendly about it didn't make me feel dumb or uncomfortable. I will do Amazon flex there anytime. Mission Viejo Amazon

If you're going to continue to inconvenience everybody in Lake Forest in mission Viejo with your hordes of annoying trucks, you better open this location back up for returns. Just shows how little you care about the people around your distribution centers.
