Sal was heaven sent. I was so emotional , overwhelmed and distraught over my move and I had very little time to pack up 10 years of my kids and I’s lives in a few days.
Sal was very patient, calm and reassuring that everything was going to be okay. And boy was he right.

He sent me a wonderful, efficient, professional, kind, respectful crew that was very gentle and respectful of my property, time and space. I absolutely loved the job that did for me.

They helped me pack and even set up things that needed to be!!! They were absolutely awesome!!!

Red Carpet Moving and Storage is an excellent moving company. This is my first time leveraging their services in the bay area. The team of 2 movers (Rigo and Jabiir) took very good care of my furniture, personal belongings, handled my fragile items with care. They were super efficient.

Very good people, although communication is wanting, Men who moved me are strong and knowledgeable. Yet they are rough with my things...very rough. sustained much damage...Most of the damage was in the packing of the truck and they pulled apart my sleigh bed's headboard and footboard...and Damaged a Japanese screen....You have to specifically direct them about the items you need wrapped and cared for

To everyone that needs a mover that is professional in every way. Fom the basics: answering phone, call backs, etc. To the current day exceptional: do what they say they'll do, do it right, be professional, reasonably priced, etc. Red Carpet Moving is the Most Deserving of more than Five Stars. ~Red Carpet Moving & Storage is amazing! We needed some furniture pieces moved to Sonoma to be restored— Sal and his crew were wonderful. Sal is professional, responsive and helpful in navigating the entire process. His team arrived on time, they professionally wrapped, loaded and delivered our furniture. Once the work was completed, a new team went out and retrieved the furniture, they delivered the pieces to our home, unwrapped them and placed them in different locations throughout our home. Thank you so much for such a smooth and lovely experience! We will be using Red Carpet Moving & Storage for our future moving needs.

Local move from WC to Dublin, hired them since they are very closeby, and can offer 8-9am window of arrival.

In summary:

Five star service. Adrian and Alvarado came on time and were super efficient and professional with my moving job. This is my first time hiring a moving team for the job, considering the 1b1b move, ~15 cardboard boxes, ~3 clear boxes, TV, bed, sofa, shelves, luggages, and a whole lot others, the team finished within 5 hours (30min drive to the new place) with super efficient wrapping, moving, and placing in designated rooms upon arrival. I can feel that they just want you to be as satisfied as possible, and I am truly grateful for the service delivered. Everything was intact and neat.

Definitely recommend Red Carpet Moving (oh btw, did I mention they literally roll red carpets in your room to prevent scratching and stains on carpet, bravo!) to everyone. Will hire again next time when moving.
