The Tesla employees are truly dedicated to making their vehicles better through laboratory testing designed by very ìntelligent people and carried out by people even smarter then that. All are driven passionate people making up a teams that strive for the same cause. To deliver a superior product. This has become more and more apparent over time.

Taken at the Tesla Service Center, Kato Road. 24,000 mile checkup. I go there because the shop is professional, friendly, and caters to the comfort of its patrons. My secondary reason is I love to drive my Model S. I should say, I love to allow my Model S to alleviate the drudgery of driving.

Wow - what a car!! As a concert pianist I’m touring through Europe since last year with our Model 3. We do thousands of kilometres without any problems with our standard range plus Model. This car is a hit - thank you, Elon!

Tesla has a temporary 'pop-up' auto service located in its warehouse location. This is due to unmet after-sales manufacturing problems with its mass production push. I'm unfortunately is one of the victims resulted problematic manufacturing and corporate system chaos.
I had a very disgruntled month dealing with Tesla post-sales and exhausting all my connections at Tesla internally to replace my sonic carbon wheels that were used as a 'donor' which swapped out of my newly ordered car prior to my delivery and not replaced timely. Today I finally got them at this pop-up place - over one month waiting. To date I'm still in disbelief that such elegantly designed intelligent machinery with a luxury price tag has such poor after-sale service SOP and no accountability.

The 4 Stars belong to the Tesla operation manager (luckily who is my friend) who helped me out to finally righted my ordered wheels in.

Hope the photos help future victims find this place.

Please please pay a visit. Schedule a tour ahead of the time and take a look inside of the largest manufacturing facilities in the California. Absolutely must go and and see facility. Dive in in the heart of electrical car manufacturing.
