Ive been w this place for a year and a half, I've been through now 4 system changes. Is this Co being bought and sold? The last new system lost my gate access number, office was closed so I had to come back. They changed my pass code so the next time I came in THAT code didn't work. Now I try to pay and there's no record of me. I work, I have 15 min break and decided it was more important to express my frustration withe Storage Pro Corp than setting up yet another account to pay my bill

They brought a tremendous amount of expertise and tech solutions to our business that have reaped great benefits for us in a very competitive environment. We have always been very pleased with their professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to great business management. In short, they really know what they are doing and we feel our property is being managed very well.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! These people are scammers!!! They will give you the run around for weeks and weeks just to get another month out of you! Save your money go with a storage unit that will actually contact you back and your things won't be infested with spiders. For the price they're offering, this storage unit was not worth it on top of them being awful storage unit managers who still haven't contacted us about our complaints!

Worst storage management property ever! Do not trust these people! They raise prices on you without consent and give you the run-a-round. When they tell you a manager will call you back about your complaint, don't expect to hear from anyone! This is a giant scam running business. Worst people ever! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!! Edit: This is your company and I have proof of it. Do your job and get your management to do theirs. Edit: I can post the text messages from you all as well if you want to be on blast. Good luck trying to get Google to remove a true review.

We have had StoragePro manage our facility for over 2 years. The transition was smooth, and the on-site management has been very productive. A very good balance for us. They are responsive to our needs. We made a good choice for our management company.

My wife and I needed a storage unit while our home is under construction. Being new arrivals in Pagosa Springs CO. it was suggested by many that StoragePro was the place to go. Jennifer Pearson, manager of the facility was very friendly and courteous. She proceeded to show us around, explaining all the work she and her husband Quincy had done making it a very clean and well maintained facility. You sense by her enthusiasm how much she enjoyed her work and position with the company. We were shown several units of varying size and based on Jennifer’s experience selected a unit that my wife and I feel very comfortable with.
Overall, it’s very reasonable priced, well maintained, gated with 24 hour on site management.
