Nice people working on the dock, security guards a joke.
When you get there don't pull in, park on south central. In front of the bus stop of you have to. Leave your hazards on and walk security. Don't count on him to call you. He left and I was had to find a dock worker. I'd suggest backing in from the street as the yard is very small. Careful, the street is very busy. Get out the passenger side. When you leave you can pull out to the right and exit on to the side street so you don't worry about blocking traffic and blindingly pulling out into south central

Entrance is on No truck route. You can see the signs from both side. Come at your own risk. No parking on the street.

Parked on central street to walk to guard shack. I was given a door almost immediately. It’s a blind side back in to the dock doors. They have improved this place by moving the trucks out of your way! By the way they put sleeper trucks in the best doors to get in and out. Traffic flow is clockwise. By the time I bumped the dock I was 30 minutes before my 12 pm appointment and I was met by the forklift driver that had a great personality and I was leaving empty at 12:20. Great atmosphere and they made this place more efficient and I will look forward to delivering here again. Nice job on the remodel. Your staff is amazing. Thank you!

This place is a Joke
I delivered here multiple times and 80 percent of the times they turn me away and make me come back an hour later. There is no where to park and the security guard does not understand that we cant just find parking in the middle of Carson with a semi truck. The security guard is Really rude and has 0 respect for drivers. I usually never leave reviews like this but when I hear over the phone how my drivers are getting disrespected, I have to draw a line.

The person at front doesn’t wanna work be prepared for that come at appointment time they doesn’t let u in even 30 minutes before. Even the costo and walmart and many more take 1 hour early

I wish I could give them 0 stars, security is more important person here , he decided to refuse my load just for asking him where I can park and how long it will take... He sad I fight him and cancel whole load... I dropped it in 30 min in other cold storage... nice and friendly, wonder how they make money in this business If security make decisions not menegment... it was today 11.22.2022

If you're going to deliver here I would suggest you park in the street then walk to shipper and receiving office which is outside make sure you have your driver's license on you very tight place for a truck with a Sleeper Berth this place is only meant for day cab and box trucks
