Terrible company, took almost a month to have my car collected from the dealership, then they let it sit for 6 weeks in their yard only to find out 2 days before it was supposed to ship customs needed more documents that i as a customer had to sort out. On top of that received an additional bill for storage instead of an apology. Never again 👎🏻

DO NOT ship your car using this company. I shipped my car overseas and CFR used other agent and the other agent made a hold on my car for over two weeks. There was not reason for the hold. I also try contacting CFR and the other agent and both did not respond to me in a timely manner. If you care about your car don't ship it using this company

When you hire this company to ship something, double the fee quote and triple the time quote. I dealt with Connie Chan for all aspects of the transaction for the shipment of my car from Germany to Miami. First the fees: I was quoted $2,000 but when my car arrived in Miami, Connie Chan emailed me a bill for almost $4,000. I have attached as pictures the quote and final bill. She was the one that gave me the quote and I had to hear all of her double talk, excuses and nonsense when she sent me the bill. She lied right to my face. I had to pay the inflated amount or I would have never seen my car again. As far as timing, I was told four weeks and it took over three months. Connie Chan went dark during most of this time window, refusing to answer emails and phone calls. She only contacted me to collect the final bill, sending me four or five emails in just one afternoon (after being dark for months) demanding payment. Ms. Chan has customer service skills.

I offer two stars because the car did arrive, but the process was not polite or smooth. Go into business with these people with your eyes open to the bait and switch. You've been advised.
