They stole all the chocolates inside the box at first but didn’t notice because they got them from the bottom of the box. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because I thought my mom took all the chocolates and brought them home back to the Philippines. So I sent another 3 boxes but when the boxes came they ripped on the top and the other one was open on the bottom it is obvious that they stole again. I already complained since May they said they would pay me for the stolen items but until now I haven’t received anything from them or even an update, they ignored my complaint! I don’t have a problem with my agent here he in the USA he has good service. I don’t trust the company anymore! Please avoid this company!

This is my second time using 4A’s and my family received it in perfect shape & no damages in any of the goods, took almost 3 mos. In getting there but we understand why. We always contact Mr. Rudy Cabulong to pick-up our box because he’s trustworthy & takes care of everything, even give us updates. I just sent 2 boxes with 2 cuties 2 weeks ago, hopefully it will be the same condition when it gets to our family. (Update: My 3rd box plus cuties came perfectly safe
to my friends and family & the 4th one was also recieved in perfect condition. Thanks Mr. Rudy Cabulong for always picking up our boxes and for keeping us updated.

Palpak! Sent my boxes out in Aug 2024 and it’s now Nov 7. At first, tracking estimated it to arrive port Oct 15, then moved to Nov 10 and now moved to Nov 30. Will not be using this company again.

This is how my box looked like when it arrived in the Philippines. It took 4 months to get there. Too much delay… No updates, no response from them. Not recommended.

Long time customer but lately the shipment took over 3 months to iloilo. Sitting in Cebu warehouse for over 15 days. Called the office. Not helpful at all. I’ll rather pay an extra $10 in another company but will take less than 3 months delivery. Very unhappy customer. Last year i sent and the package arrived almost a week before we fly back on our vacation. Gave another chance to send and even worst outcome . 👎👎👎

We sent our boxes January 2024, went home in the Philippines on April 5,2024, we have not received our boxes up until today April 19,2024 which is our flight back to US. Tried to call and call kept giving us dates of delivery but we have not received our boxes still. Will not be using this again. Customer service sucks too. Don’t use this cargo shipping company!

No good numbers to contact , My box was picked up August 9 until now recipient haven't received yet. I WROTE this 4 weeks ago and until now Dec9 My mom haven't received yet they said they called but there's no missed call recorded

I have been sending boxes to the Philippines for almost 5 years with this company, sometimes 3x a year.. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed to what happened. My box just came today in the philippines from Los Angeles California. There were a lot of missing items. Victoria secret, canned goods, chocolates and some goodies!!! Every time I send boxes in the Philippines my family always call me before they open the box so that I know if something is missing.. and now this is the 2nd time that I noticed that my box has been shattered inside and a lot of things are gone. I will no longer use this company!! What a waste of money. I know that life is so hard especially we are all in this pandemic but stealing is not the right to do. Good luck to whoever did that to me. God is watching you.
