The Driver & I Started Off On The Wrong Foot, I Told Him He Pounded On My Front Door As If He Was Law Enforcement, There Was No Need For That Being This Is An Apartment, Then The Freezer Door Needed To Be Switched To Open The Other Way, I Thought It Was Going To Be Switched Before It Was Delivered, I Didn’t Know The Driver’s Were Going To Do This Procedure Right Outside My Door, No Rubber Mat To Rest The Door On, It Was Placed On Roof Concrete, For The Money I Paid, Would Expected Better Care Of The Product, And Now It Doesn’t Close Properly, For A $1000 Dollar Home Depot Freezer I Expected Better, He Informed Me They Could Do A 25% Damage Allowance, He Took Pictures Of The Problem After Calling His Dispatcher An Explaining The Situation, I Was Told In Writing ✍️ To Call Back Within 48 Hours With A Decision On A Full Replacement Or The 25% Damage Allowance, Buy The End Of The Delivery 🚚 I Apologized For Being Upset About Banging On My Door, Sorry About Earlier.
I Never Requested His Schedule At Work When He Proceeded To Tell Me He Works 12-14 Hours Days, I Am 24/7 Tow Truck Driver, Makes No Difference To Me About Someone Scheduled, I Don’t Have A Schedule.

Self explanatory. They broke the branch off. Laughed about it as they were pushing the branch back onto our grass. Almost drove off until I came out to get pictures. Not really compliant about giving information. Not even sure if they actually gave a report.
Driver didn't take accountability or a simple “I’m sorry.”
I can quote that they said “This is a situation between me and the city tree, it has nothing to do with you”… like okay. Still, I HAVE TO DEAL WITH IT NOW and call the city myself bc now I'm unsure if you actually lied about making the report, when they just showed me their manager’s number.
It also just so happens that they were delivering a fridge for my neighbor and they blocked our driveway… Even my neighbor was confused on why they didn’t park in front of their house.
Like come on, a simple “I’m sorry” would’ve sealed it bc regardless of it being a city tree, it’s on my property and I have to deal with it now.

One of the drivers(the one with the little plaits in his head with the Jamaican accent who’s closer to the refrigerator was very rude) and made me feel threaten in my own home! He and I was the only one inside my house at the time, this could’ve went a TOTALLY different way! the other driver was at the truck unloading the refrigerator and didn’t heard what took placeThe other driver was He arrived at my house with an attitude towards me stating “you didn’t answer your phone when I called you” I stated excuse me sir I called the delivery and then I asked did he not get the message and he said no so I said but you can still bring in it tho, he asked to look at the space and stated he would have to cancel my delivery because he couldn’t get the refrigerator in my house because the China cabinet was in the way which it was not! this was a replacement because of the other one being scratched up and door not working properly, the first guys who delivered my refrigerator from this same company brought it in without moving my China cabinet and was very professional, when he heard me calling Home Depot he came back saying I’ll go ahead and deliver it! I’ve attached a video of them bringing the refrigerator in with nothing being MOVED and in the way! I’ve been trying to contact the company to no avail the hold time is ridiculous!

FYI HOME DEPOT OWNS TEMCO!!! Terrible!!! They delivered a washer and dryer to my elderly parents sat the dryer in front of the old washer (which we still need to use) put the heavy dryer in front of the sliding glass door. They said the appliances aren’t stackable but while they were here I called Home Depot (who owns Temco) and they told them they are stackable. They didn’t take the old dryer which we paid for!!!!! Then while I’m talking to Home Depot they shouted, we have to go we have another delivery and they ran out of the house. Absolute worst experience ever!!! So we still don’t have a working washer and dryer and my dad has dementia so we needed these appliance badly. I don’t understand why they ran off when they were supposed to install the appliances, so they had time scheduled for an install. Oh and then the protective covers they just through on the ground and it blew down our neighborhood. They made zero attempt to retrieve it!! So now we have to wait 5 more days for it to be installed!! I will never buy from Home Depot again because this company does the delivery. Absolutely sickening to do to an 85 and 84 year old! You can see in the photos how they just say the appliances down and left them blocking important areas of the house. Never EVER use them!!! All I can say is if they send out the same guys I’m going to be beyond pissed!!! Hire people who respect their customers because these 2 clearly do not!!! We’ll just noticed there is a huge scratch on the side of the washing machine!!! Hire people who know what they are doing!!!!

Another home depot installation gone wrong. Their technician installed the dishwasher I ordered in late 2023. Turns out they had no idea what they were doing with the junction box. Barely touched the contacts together and it burned out over the course of a year and a half. Almost burned my house down. Now home depot won't even fix the issue, let alone reimburse me for the electrician I had to pay to come out to identify the issue they caused.

In the Woodstock, GA area: Did not ring the doorbell properly, did not knock loudly, and was absolutely delighted to refuse service at 1 minute outside of their 15 minute delivery window. Then their representatives waited around and argued as to why they refused to do the job for over 20 minutes. At that point, they could have just done the installation in that timeframe. At the end of it, they refused to even leave the dishwasher for us to install ourselves. The driver of the truck was obviously delighted at being able to leave and was visibly upset that I came outside after noticing the truck. He has a massive attitude problem and probably was looking forward to going home early, since it’s the end of the day for him.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS – THIS COMPANY IS A DANGEROUS SCAM

This company is an absolute disgrace and should be avoided by anyone considering doing business with them—or working for them. Here's why:

They "train" their employees for less than two weeks—yes, *less than two weeks*—and expect them to safely install major appliances. Most of these workers have **zero mechanical experience**, and the so-called training is rushed, careless, and unsafe. They clearly value speed over safety, and it's the customers who ultimately pay the price. Would you trust your home and appliances to someone who just learned how to use a wrench last week?

They lure people in with false promises about pay and work conditions. Once hired, employees are overworked (12+ hours a day, 6 days a week) and treated like disposable labor. It's clear they prey on the vulnerable and desperate.

Bottom line, this company is a chaotic, unethical, and dangerous operation. Whether you're thinking of hiring them or joining them, **DON’T.** You’re better off hauling your own appliances or paying a legitimate, professional service to handle it. This place doesn’t care about people, safety, or integrity.

**Consider this your warning.** Save yourself the headache, the money, and the risk.

I had two drivers move my trash bins without them putting them back to their proper place! How inconsiderate and sloppy. If you’re going to move other people’s property, have the decency to put it back where you found it
