Our motivation for writing this review comes from the terribly complicated and confusing pre-shipping processes/pricing we've experienced with other, more well-known shipping companies (who also charge a lot more!). Dealing with Seko Logistics has been such a breath of fresh air! We finally have a go-to freight solution that is frictionless at every level, and so we felt compelled to share our experience with others.

We use Seko from inside our Shipstation account and the process is smooth and simple. You don't need to be afraid of confusing bills of laden and forms either. They’ve also handled our freight shipments across the U.S. with absolute professionalism and care. Every crate arrives without a scratch, and their shipping times are as impressive as their pricing—just a few days to a week, which offers incredible value compared to other big-name carriers. I hope they keep their prices so reasonable in an industry that seems intent on doing the opposite.

Also, a big plus making it frictionless is their communication and reliability which is key when it comes to freight pick-ups. They keep us informed at every step, and they always coordinate in advance with us and they show up when they say they will. It’s been a frictionless experience that we simply haven’t found anywhere else in the freight shipping world. We’ve used many companies, but Seko is by far the best. We hope they continue to be an option with Shipstation. Keep up the amazing work, Seko!

I left a voicemail 2 days ago, and nobody has called me back. Another number for them that I called just hangs up, and a third number has an outgoing message only in Spanish. I speak Spanish, but the person speaking was speaking so fast that I couldn’t understand.

The number for this business is extremely difficult to find. I don’t even know off the number I found on their website is the right one.

Since they are a deliver company, I would think they should have a well-publicized number for people who are expecting a package to be delivered. Ridiculous!!

Home Depot uses this company with drivers only have Spanish greeting on their mobile phone. My delivery window was 1-5pm. No calls for delay. When I contacted their dispatch, the driver told dispatch he had mechanical issues. Delivery is delayed to 5:30. By 5:30, no calls. Dispatch called driver, the new delivery was 6:30. By 6:30, dispatch called driver, the new schedule is unknown. Maybe 8:30. As I am typing now, there is no signs of the driver. It is 8:12pm now. The truth was he delivered other households first and put me on the last. I don't expect to see anything at 8:30pm. The worst experience I ever had with any delivery service in the US. People are irresponsible and unbelievable. I will never order anything from Home Depot online for home delivery.

Ridiculous! Ordered a TV to be dropped off between hours of 9-1. Was informed the driver would be calling an hour prior to dropoff. At 12:15, I called the company because I had not received a call. They said the driver was stuck in traffic as if this absolved them of any responsibility. She said I could reschedule for another time from 9-1 between Mon-Fri, which is working hours for most people.
Anyone from LA knows traffic is a fact of life here. Still waiting now on the delivery now 1:50 but highly disappointed with the lack of regard for customers time (my wife had to take the day off to meet the driver). Avoid!!!

WalMart uses them and they are TERRIBAD. WalMart showed a desk I ordered would be here on a Thursday when I ordered on Sunday. Seko showed the following Monday (a week later). Monday rolled around and the Seko tracking showed the desk hadn't moved since it was ordered. They have multiple checkpoints that show when it should reach the shipping facility, in transit, etc. Nothing was updated in 7 days. I chatted with WalMart online who decided it had been lost and they'd order me another. I said fine so they did that and said they would put a RUSH on it. In the meantime I called Seko and the guy that answered said the first one was actually at their distribution center in Los Angeles and he would schedule it for delivery. The next day I checked tracking and the guy hadn't updated anything in the system - it still said they were waiting on a call from me to schedule delivery. I called Seko again and told them I had already spoken to someone and they then updated the system to be delivered - 2 days later as they only "come to Ventura on Wednesdays".

I just checked tracking for the 2nd one WalMart was sending and it showed delivery 10 DAYS from today after 2 DAYS processing. This company is a joke and whoever said "I love this company" in their review clearly works for them because no one would even "like" getting their things 10 days after ordering when WalMart shows 3-5 days delivery.

Stay away from Seko Worldwide.

Seko worldwide delivered my Weber grill and they were so unhelpful. Dropped a 300 pound grill off at the front door and refused to help move it to the patio. Weber should not use this logistics company. Ridiculous to think that delivering a 300 pound BBQ just to the front door is acceptable

Absolutely horrible company made an appointment to deliver my item canceled the appointment and hasn't called me back to reschedule was supposed to receive it 2 weeks ago

The told me my package will be here at 10am. to 2pm I ain't seen it yet idk wat to do I try calling anyone go any suggestions?
