The worst shipping experience I’ve had in over 10 years.
This company outsources its customer service to reps who are unable to retain, communicate, or act on essential information. They dispatched a truck for a scheduled pickup days late—with all correct details provided—yet the driver arrived unable to load the items. Their excuse? The shipment was “not properly packed or ready,” which was simply untrue.

Worse, they offered no plan to resolve the issue they caused. When I escalated to the owner, he took zero accountability and made no effort—literally none—to find a solution. I’m genuinely baffled how this company remains in business.

Absolutely terrible customer service. They contract through TForce Freight who does a very poor job.
I was told the package would be picked up this friday between 8am and 5pm. I needed to stay with the package due to it being very expensive. When I asked for a couple hour time frame for pick up due to me needing to work at least part of the day they told me to call the day of pick up to get that info.
I called the day of and they told me there was no way they could estimate what time my item would be picked up. I was told to just "keep calling back" to get an update on the driver's location. I have called them 8 times so far with every rep being as useless as the last. I don't care about the driver's location, I need an approximate ETA to my house. After about 1pm I was told they might have to reschedule me for Monday. I emphasized that I took the day off of work and I will not be taking another day off, that is unacceptable. They eventually said they think they should be able to squeeze me in.
As I'm writing this it is now 5:10pm and my item still has not been picked up. I have wasted the whole day waiting on this expensive package to be picked up. I had to call off work entirely and what's worse is that they don't seem to care. How a "professional company" can't give you an approximate time frame(morning, afternoon, evening) is totally unacceptable.
They don't care about customers. STAY AWAY!

Edit: Truck arrived at 5:45pm. Your driver was nice, but everything else about your company was terrible.

Shippi accepts no responsibility for damages to items shipped through their services. If your item is damaged (as mine was) they will absolutely hang you out to dry with any additional charges for reshipment and/or legal processes to resolve the issue. After my item was damaged, I spent my time and money to repair the item, and reship the item through R&L Carriers. R&L then came back to me to charge an additional $800 for a Shippi that cost $100, when I contacted Shippi for assistance they stated that it was my issue and they had no responsibility and also did not feel it was necessary to assist me in any way. Shippi is happy to take your money to ship your item, but will not take any responsibility for anything that happens to that item, why waste your time? Contact a shipping company directly (NOT R&L) and eliminate the third party nonsense that will deny all responsibility if anything goes wrong. DO NOT USE SHIPPI.
