Have been with DCS 2 years now.
Good place to drive for.
They mandate good service from their drivers if you give that you will have a meaningful relationship with them.
If your a sandbagger you should look elsewhere.

Always on time and keep waiting for me to answer the door or the phone.
All drivers that delivered to me were professional and neat. You guys ( drivers) are the real heros. The phone representatives are also extremely professional .

Used to be a driver here. Putting in a ton of miles, about 6k miles a month and seeing about 4K in income. At Uber for every mile I drove I earned $1 of more so this place is a scam for drivers who use their own vehicles. They have a split of 55/50 on each delivery . They are crazy . But Uber is 80/20 in your favor. Stay away

Nightmare!!! If anyone wants to pay out of pocket then you are at the right place.

You will be short in your pay stubs for a delivery you are promised more by dispatchers, on your invoice, you will see less than what you were told.

Called DCS Delivery to pick up and deliver some medical equipment for our office. I accidentally gave them the wrong information and they called me and fixed the problem. The delivery driver was smart enough to figure it out and called the office who then called me and verified the correct address. This has actually happened at our office before and the courier company just brought the package back and still charged us. I can appreciate the proactive solution to my problem. I will definitely use this courier again!
