I placed on order on Zubair Sarookh halla wallah perfume from dubai to Sacramento CA; it has been 19 days, and I am yet to recieve my package; a day after it said arrived at destination it went back to in transit and has been in transit for over 5 buissness days.

Aramex is hands down the worst shipping company I’ve ever dealt with. They don’t answer any calls, and none of their contact methods work. I honestly don’t get how anyone does business with them. I’ve been waiting on an envelope from Amman, Jordan, and for the past five days, the tracking just says it’s stuck in New York. I really need that envelope, and they never pick up the phone. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company—it’s a complete disaster. Fadi Ghandour, the owner, and your company are both major failures.

Why is this company even exist! They never answer their customer phone calls, emails!!! Your package will take more than 15 days to arrive or you may not see it at all!!’ Please stay away from this trash!!!!

The worst courier company I have ever come across. They do not answer calls. You only get sent messages by Whats App and these dont help you at all. They say that they tried to deliver packages and no body was at the address, when there is always someone there. They never provide any communication even when they have your mobile. After untold attempts to find out where your packages are they say they couldnt deliver it and it has been returned to the supplier. Hopeless, If I could give no stars I would.

NOT RELIABLE, MONEY LOST. Seriously the worst experience with ever had with any logistics company. They mis delivered a package worth over 1000$ I try to call they don’t pickup you stay on hold for about an hour you give up and try again and same deal. Anyone reading this use Fedex, DHL, ups, even usps just don’t use this company. I can’t believe how a driver can misdeliver in America !!!! Package shows delivered but never got delivered to me !!!
