Fast loading! Thank you for your hard work!

Fist time, to unload 14 of my 24 pallets. Check in was quick, unload was fair, but they took all the pallets off, not only the 14 that were supposed to come off. Nobody was in a hurry to make up for their mistake, so i ended up 3,5 h in a door what have could have prevented in the first place.

People at Check in are the worst. Work very slow and act like that since you are there now they have to work. And show attitude, especially the one that sits at the end on the right with a thick layer of makeup.

Garbage place to pickup!! Employees in the shipping office are too busy talking and laughing amongst each other then helping out a driver at the check in window. Very tacky with papers posted all over windows saying no pens provided to drivers! Signs on the restrooms for employees only. What are we second class citizens?
