Worst Warehouse seen in my life. Doesn’t care about drivers time I came at 11 am and till 4pm I was not unloaded. Manager is super rude and also say we don’t have space to store.
If you guys don’t have space in freezer why you open it shut it down.
Management is zero.

Not even one star rating rejected trailer saying it needs wash was on dock for 2 hours but when there was closing time they said it needs wash we can’t load it today .was there whole day but then they didn’t mention trailer must be washed

So unprofessional I got here exact on my appointment time and the lady in the office told me you have to wait 5mins and this other driver walks In after me and checks in after me , she gave him the door right away that I suppose to get and I was told to wait for him to be done , now I’m sitting here waiting almost two hours for him to be done , so stupid
Also she told me to park outside to check in when other trucks pulled straight In and checked in without getting told to park outside

Have trailer washed out. Temp set and precooled. They will not load after 230. I got here at 245 and they had me wait til next morning. Overnight parking on street. They load fairly quick.

Appointment was at 12 noon....got a door 3 hrs earlier....bumped dock and recieved paperwork an a hr.....Tanya in office was awesome and katy was awesome also who loaded my trailer.....zero complaints!

Checked in and they told me that my pickup was next door. I checked in at the other building waited in the street for over an hour to get a door. Backed in to door 4, twenty minutes later they came out and told me my order was in the building I checked in to earlier. I get backed in to door one and they still take forever to load my trailer. Over 3 hours and still waiting. Poor customer service. My drive time is ticking away and I’m not getting paid for this.
