Slow for no reason to unload only 1-2 driver for live offload they gave priority to their drivers if you not one of them be ready to get empty at last. No washroom

If I could I would rate is MINUS 10 stars because of the outrageous, disgusting and disrespectful place ever for normal human beings. If the owner of this company replaces those rude staff maybe this place would ever succeed in their journey. Truck drivers, get prepared to wait, hopefully one day you’ll get better job!

I had a terrible experience with this company. I went there at 9 am to get my truck unloaded but they unloaded my truck at 3 pm. There were some trucks that came after me but were unloaded before my truck. When I went inside the office building to ask for the reason they behaved rudely with me and also said that if You want faster services then give us some cash. This is the highest level of functional disaster for a company.

6-8 hours to unload. Even when you get there right when they open. I WAS the next truck but two other trucks were unloaded before me.

I can't make money like this and it makes Laredo look bad. As well as this company.

They know they take forever too.
The don't have a big yard. You blindside or flip around between buildings and just reverse to your door.

No bathrooms but that's normal for Laredo.

I'll have to scratch this one off the list of companies I'd like to do business with.

Completely rude and no respect for a drivers 14 hour clock. Sat in a dock for 4 hours and never got the load touched. Was told it would be atleast another 4 hours before they would start unloading me even tho I only had 2 hours left on my 14. They got highly pissed when I asked for my bills back and said the load would be whenever another driver could deliver it and sit there all day. Customer service was even rude to my dispatch!
