We had a shipment where the driver rolled into a ditch in Pennsylvania and then refused to deliver the shipment to Amazon in Stockton when he finally got to Sacramento. He was fighting delivery hard so we knew something was off. We asked him to drop the freight at FDR Warehouse in Lodi where we got to see the full scope of the damages. FDR Warehouse had us in and out in less than a day so we could hit the Amazon appointment and were very responsive throughout. They also offered to find me a local driver if I couldn't find one on my own. Very nice people and I would tell anyone reading this that you're in good hands if you need crossdocking help near Stockton. The shipment was received in full by Amazon without damages.

I am writing this review to share positive experience with 24/7 Stockton Cross Dock, and to recommend them as reliable and safe place to cross dock.

Firstly, when it was difficult to find a cross dock during the holidays, Artem made it possible to find some space. Upon arriving at the cross dock, I figured on the usual long wait and uncaring staff. I was happily surprised to find efficiency and a caring staff. Alexander and Richard applies attention to safely load and unload my freight, taking care to not damage the trailer or the freight.

If you have experience dealing with warehouses, you will surely appreciate the responsiveness and reliability of 24/7 warehouse over the disconcerted and callousness of the common warehouse.

I thank the staff for providing a pleasant and efficient experience at a reasonable price.
