These guys contract with Floor&Decor and were supposed to deliver my flooring. They F'd up THREE TIMES, and I almost did not get my installation done. Installation group called and told me that they would handle the pickup THEMSELVES and that's how it got done. When I called, first rep did not find my order even though I had it printed out in front of me. Also they got my address wrong when my receipt had the correct address. DO NOT USE. IT IS LESS HASSLE TO PICK UP THE STUFF YOURSELF THAT'S HOW BAD THEY ARE.
