If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The entire crew for Alford Excavation are very professional and EXTREMELY EXTREMELY skilled/experienced. We had the pleasure of watching them clear out the trees from our property and build the pad for our house. Doug, Dewayne, Hadley, and Wade made this job look like they could do it in their sleep. I would recommend them for any Excavation project. If you want your house pad built correctly, this would be the only Excavation company I would use hands down!!

We've been using Alford for a couple of years now and they were half the price we had been paying. They are very consistent on the timing of when they pick up and their guys always wave at us. I've left a few things outside the can (e.g. rug, mattress, etc.) and they've picked those up and taken them with no questions asked. Highly recommend!!

I appreciate these guys so so much!!my mom is 84 and they always help with the trash getting handles. They go above and beyond every time.
Recently she was hospitalized for a heart attack. You're worker has been praying for her🤗 I owe them cookies when things settle 😁

I used this company for 3 years and recently had several issues. I used their 3-yard dumpster and paid around $120.00 per month. I strongly warn people against Alford Services and encourage everyone to choose a different trash company.

This company caused damage to my property (broke a wooden flower bed) with their trash truck. I emailed them and didn't hear back for several weeks. When I called them, they told me they would have one of their guys come out to fix it. After 2.5 months they kept telling me they would send their guy out to repair my flower bed but it sill wasn't getting done. I called them and told them that if they weren't able to fix it then I would have to find someone to do it - they pleaded for 1 more week, to which I said ok. I gave them 2 more weeks before I called someone out and had it done. When I sent them the receipt for the repair, I asked them if they would like to reimburse me or add a credit to my account. After this, they have refused to communicate with me - I have emailed, called 3 times and left 2 messages.

Their attitude was entirely lackadaisical and unprofessional. I was calm, patient, and respectful with them the entire time but I eventually had to pay someone to come restore my broken flower bed because they never made it out here.

I gave them a chance to make things right and was at first willing to continue with their service. On my last email, I did mention that I was shocked at how little they cared about this issue and would be looking for another service. Within 2 days of that message they came to take back their dumpster from my property without any notice to me at all!

There has been no response to my damaged property and they think it is ok to cancel my service without notice. Probably one of the worst people I have had to deal with professionally.

I will be seeking restitution privately.

Cindy Alford is a nightmare to deal with. I asked via email several times about the price increase and didn’t receive a response until a month later. I was wondering why we were not notified prior to the increase and she stated we were by the invoice that was sent. Emails were exchanged and she is incredibly unprofessional and I feel sorry for the girls in the office that have to deal with her. I told her that they could pick up their bin at the end on the month since we already paid for January and without notifying me she acts like a child and sends someone out to pick it up today without informing me first (shocker I know) . Needless to say we have switched our services and are paying the same instead of Alford’s $90 and will never recommend anyone to use Alford.

I have been using Alford Services for 5 years and haven't had any problems. They are punctual and friendly. My trash can had been dumped over one morning and before I could get out there to pick the trash up, the guys arrived. They picked the trash up out of my yard, I couldn't ask for better service than that. I highly recommend them.

Excellent Service. I have been a patron of Alford Services for many years. I have had great service. My trash has always been picked up on time. I have not had any issues with billing. I am sad to see mainly bad reviews on here but I guess those of us that do not have any issues do not think to get on here and review. They have 100's of customers and only a few on here are complaining. Keep that in mind when looking at their company for your services.

Top notch customer service! I love that I call and an actual person answers the phone right away. They are always friendly and helpful. We have forgotten to take our garbage cans to the road or had extra with our pick up and every time they have helped us out. Highly recommend Alford Services!
