In the 8 years I've used this company they have missed my home quite a few times while my account was in good status, but several of my automatic payments have gotten rejected, & they've never hauled off my dumpster, only once justifiably stopped picking it up when my account was way overdue. I do wish they would call when my account comes overdue or when a payment gets rejected so that I could better take care of them for taking care of me.😇

We are using Waste Connections for our home waste removal on a weekly basis. Their customer service from the first contact to roll-out delivery was top level. I was blown away with how quickly my service was set up, my account was ready and I was ready to go. Everything was simple to get going and I was taken care of through the entire process. They followed up with me and made sure I had everything I needed! It was the easiest process of moving we had! Thank you to Waste Connections and all of their employees! They should all be commended for a job well done!!

We applied to get our 2 yard dumpster on March 11th or 12th we were guaranteed to get it by March 26th and our first pick up would be March 29th. We did not receive our dumpster on time we were guaranteed again that it would be delivered on the 29th again we didn’t receive the dumpster. I called on Monday after it didn’t show up and then was told it would be delivered on March 30th I call multiple times on March 30th for updates and to make sure it is being delivered. But yet again it was not delivered and I was supposed to get a call from the company call center before closing time with another update and never received a call. I am really considering demanding my money back and finding another service. When I call and ask why it is taking so long no one give me an answer and I continue to receive the run around.

I wish I could give them a good review, but I can't. They skip our home quite a lot of the time, and even if we call the city to put in a work order to get them over here, they don't show up. At this point, it would be less hassle to take our own trash and recycling to the convenience station, here.

Took three weeks to get paid trash can. Then they dont even place it by the house after requested to put it by the house.
