Trying to get a hold of someone. Because I need my tax forms from this company and every number is non working. Now I'm seeing so many negative reviews. Maybe legal action is more necessary due to this business maybe being a fraudulent company.

Bought a large event tent from them through Amazon and the upper poles slip out of place and have fallen. Went to return it and I'm being told I'd have to pay $1500 in shipping fees. So I reached out and their solution in to send extra pieces, mind you that issue is there is no locking mechanism for the upper poles and connector pieces that slip, so new pieces or not there's no way for them to stay in place. They refuse to refund me and have stuck me with a defective, expensive product. 100% would not recommend, and frankly I am looking into legal action since they're selling dangerous items with next to no responsibility for their products despite the message they auto send when I reached out.

I returned a Christmas Tree to this Company in order to get a refund for an online purchase and I never heard back from them. I attempted to contact them and was unable to get through to talk with them. It cost me $91.36 to ship it via UPS and now I am out the cost of the tree and the shipping for a total of $350.00 It would be nice if there, was some form of communication.

I have been trying to phone this number for a long time -- to see if my Amazon return package is there --- I cannot even get past the "We are unable to complete your call at this time, please call us back again later - SV-ES1" I cannot even leave a message.
