Arrived at 0745 for a 0800 appointment.
To check in you gotta scan the QR code and put in some basic information.
There is no overnight parking on site, but I did see many trucks on Danieldale parked along side of the road.
24 skids of Gatorade, unloaded in 1.5 hours… Great job by this company… Not sure of all the negative reviews, maybe I got lucky and the Trucking gods worked in my favor.

Despite reading some negative reviews about wait times, I had a positive experience here. I was in and out in just under 1 hour and 40 minutes.

When I arrived, there was a long line both coming in and going out, which seemed like a lot of pressure on the guard shack. They could probably benefit from having two guards to help with the flow. The night before my appointment, I was told there wasn’t any parking inside, but I found a spot nearby to park overnight. In the morning, they assigned me a door quickly, and the unloading process was smooth. Overall, a great experience!

Arrived an hour early have to wait until appt. Fine no problem. Been on the dock for hours since then and the only progress is the light changed from green to red. I wish I knew the secret to these guys giving 5 star reviews. Drop and hook maybe.

2/17/25 arrived only 1 hour before appointment. You check in with guard shack who keeps your paperwork which I got a doc right away. Slide tandems, open doors, then pull two feet away from trailer. When light turns green again, you're allowed to hook back up to the trailer and then you go to guard shack on way out to pick up your paperwork. No overnight parking. There is a Blue beacon to wash out and several truck stops within the area

I arrived @ 3:36pm for a 4pm appointment on 9/2/24. Pulled up to guardhouse and walked over to side window to check in. Guard was courteous and professional and sent me immediately to Dock# 50. Live load went fairly quick 1-1/2 hrs. Checked out 5:30pm after taking pics . Had a lot of skids of bottled tea. Didn’t know how weak the shrink wrap is on those skids but after arriving to Pepsi in Hallettsville, TX to deliver , had the skid up in nose tip to one side. It was centered and had 2ea layers of Celsius drinks on top(wrongfully double stacked).
Be careful of how your loaded, and strap/secure if in doubt. No overnighting and did not see bathroom facilities (did not need either).
When leaving, pull up to guardhouse after closing your doors(guard will want to peek in anyway). You’ll get your paperwork and guard will seal your trailer too !

Nothing good to say. Check-in at the guard shack gives conflicting info. You show up early and they have you park on the side until you're 30 from your appointment time. I'm sure they're just following instructions but why go the extra effort to make the drivers job harder. Do better!

Terrible place, they unloaded for more than 3 hours and when I got out of the semai and left, I slipped, fell and hit hard, broke 2 toes, bruised and lost a lot of time, everywhere dirty and very wet. It was very painful. Do something about it!
It is dangerous!
I will never forget this unloading place😰

Picked up a load today 12/29/24. Arrived early for my pickup. The woman at the gate was so gracious and helpful. I was given a door and loaded in an hour and a half. I was four hours early for my appointment. Thank you!!
