Just made my first visit yesterday. I asked the guy on the check in intercom if they would call me when I was loaded. He yes said yes. I was loaded in an impressive 30 minutes. Then sat an hour before another driver said go to door 1 for bills. How rude.

No name or number on the building, I had to use google maps to be sure I’m at the correct address.
They have 2 drive ways, use the one on the west side of the building “Driver entrance”. You have to go around the building to get to the Shipping/Receiving office, next to door 1.
I have Arrived like one day early of my appointment schedule, they gave me a door right away and unloaded me no problems, pretty fast. Thank you! Niagara.

My appointment was for 10:30pm, got her at 10pm. Not busy at all. Got right into a dock and it took about 45 mins to load me. I didn't know I was suppose to go in and check out. I thought I was going to get a phone call. Other than that good people and facility. Bathrooms are where you check out at.

What’s the point of making an appointment? I don’t understand how a company could be so slow. There are dozens of doors, no trucks except me a two others. Been here since 4 AM. It’s now almost 3 PM. When I go inside to ask an ETA, I get a BS answer and staff looking at me as if I did something wrong. Your company wouldn’t be what it is without drivers who also have lives and families. They deserve more respect! I will never book a another load coming to this facility. I won’t even buy your products on the store. This is just ridiculous!

Fast loading around appointment time. Entrance gate has intercom to check in with even if gate is already open. Door at SE corner of building is where bol is picked up.

Great experience here and easy to find.(First left entrance past Costco entrance) Checked in early and got door right away. Staff was great got me loaded quick and was out in less then 45 minutes from start to finish. No overnight parking, but there is street parking next to the warehouse.

TRUCKERS: When you pass Costco DC, it's the next drive. No address but you'll see "Driver's check in" and a small red Niagara sign. Sure would help if they put an address but you Google maps will take you to the right entrance
