It’s a job! Do your job and leave personal expectations at home. Keep your scan rate up, stay moving, avoid fake connections, and stay off their voice board. Your opinion is just that- “ yours”!!!!
Good Luck!!!

Horrible location to work for. A bunch of learning ambassadors that do absolutely nothing all day but chat around, and then have the nerve to tell others what to do. Start with yourself first and set an example, especially you, sassy ambassador Brandon. The processing assistants seem extremely clueless as well, stop sending people to lanes that are already overcrowded. Most of the times the issue is, that packages are going to the same pallets and start accumulating due to not being moved off pallets by water spiders fast enough. TRAIN MORE WATER SPIDERS, hire less clueless ambassadors and PA’s. 🙂 respectfully.

My package is two days late and has been stuck at this facility. I need this item to get my car running. Can’t rely on time sensitive deliveries from Amazon anymore if it’s going to be mishandled like this.

Management does not know how to manage employees work efficiently. Make the working employees work harder and the those wondering around aren’t told anything.

What’s wrong with this site?
Bad manager!!
I don’t know, but something is wrong, why do you have the truck parking all the way at the far corner in a huge warehouse, if you stay after drop off they’ll knock on your door asking to leave.

Every time I see that my package has arrived at the Wilmer location, I know it will at least be late, if I end up getting it at all. Honestly the consistency in which this happens specifically at this location is impressive.

Of all the places to pick up a load, this is without a doubt the worst of all. The mess in this place is on another level. At what point will the manager of this place understand that a 26ft box truck can only carry 12 pallets. have 16 and 18 pallets on the line. It is a lack of respect for the driver and delays the work a lot. Taking into account the amount of personnel there is, they should do their job to have 12 pallets in line ready to carry that only a 26ft box truck can carry. I don't understand why the driver should do the work of the staff at this place?

Every single package that comes through this facility is late, lost, or stolen. Nobody Cares.
